From this downtown location you can walk, catch the trolley, ride the train, or drive your automobile from your assigned underground parking space to over 50 restaurants, galleries, Seaport Village, Balboa Park and Sea World.

We rent to non-smokers only. Sorry, but no pets are allowed. Reservations are accepted all year for your convenience. We prefer to rent by the week, Saturday to Saturday with check-in at 4 pm and check-out at 11 am. We will also rent by the day, with a three night minimum.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required. The balance plus refundable deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival date. Once you have your reservation, there are no refunds unless we are able to re-rent the property during the time you originally reserved. You can, however, carry the reservation to the next year. We accept personal checks.
